This is an item taken out of Vera Parker's scrapbook.
A clipping from a newspaper announceing the concert of Pietro Mascagni and Monster Orchestra in San Francisco at theAlhambra Theater (Eddy and Jones). On the bottom is a note saying that Florence (Parker) and Vira (Parker) were allowed to misss school to go to the concert with Pete Fields.
The final performances by Pietro Mascagni in San Francisco were in March of 1903.
On the back of the clipping is an ad for Steinway Pianos.Collection
