dark blue wool uniform coat, "satin" lining, long sleeve [at hem edge of each sleeve is an embroidered patch: a white anchor w/boy scout symbol on dark blue]; six [two are missing] silver buttons on double-breasted front; left sleeve embroidered patches: 1. BENICIA, 2/3. 35, 4. red strip, 5. white sailing ship on light blue background with red edge, circle on a dark blue square; four pockets on front, above right breast pocket a "Sea Explorers BSA" patch;
label on inside front pocket: space for Name and Service No. are unused; also on label "Caution Roll press sleeves and lapels" no other information as to fiber content or size; there are no other labels;
