File titled "Correspondence Semple" contains many pages. Letter, and Reference Report, from the Illinois State Historical Library to O. J. Wohlgemuth, Walnut Creek written in 1950 concerning Robert Semple's father, James Semple. Mr Wohlgemuth was contributing chapters to a four volume history of Free Masonry in California which was published in 1950. The volumes are available for reference in the Benicia Public Library.
