Scope and Content

File titled "Correspondence Semple" contains many pages. Carbon Copy of letter sent to Judge Wells, Ribbon Kentucky by O. J. Wohlgemuth, Walnut Creek written in 1950 responding to a previous letter from Judge Wells and asking for clarification. Mr Wohlgemuth was contributing chapters to a four volume history of Free Masonry in California which was published in 1950. The volumes are available for reference in the Benicia Public Library.
