Letter from O. J. Wohlgemuth, Walnut Creek to Marie Pulsifer, Riverdale, New York requesting information on the early life of Frances Cooper (aka Frances Semple Pulsifer) whose first husband was Dr Robert Semple.
Mr Wohlgemuth was contributing chapters to a four volume history of Free Masonry in California which was published in 1950. The volumes are available for reference in the Benicia Public Library.Collection
