Scope and Content

File titled "Correspondence Semple" contains many pages. Letter to O. J. Wohlgemuth, Walnut Creek from Bertha Thurman, County of Glenn, Willows, CA describing some details of Mary Semple Turman's life in Colusa and later in Willows. Mr Wohlgemuth was contributing chapters to a four volume history of Free Masonry in California which was published in 1950. The volumes are available for reference in the Benicia Public Library.
