Know All Men by These Presents:
That W L. Crooks of the City of Benicia, County of Solano, State of California, do hereby abandon, release and discharge from any and all claim by him or either of us, as a homestead, the lot of land and premises situate, lying and being in the City of Benicia, County of Solano, State of California, described as follows:
Lots Nos. Nine (9) and Thirteen (13) in Block No. Twenty-one (21) of said City of Benicia, as the same is laid down, delineated and designated on the official map now on file and of record in the Office of the County Recorder, Fairfield, California.
