The property was assessed for FY 1855 and is being sold at public auction on 02/25/1856. The parcels bought by John Rueger are: Lot Block Value 11 11 $100 01 36 $ 50 02 58 $150 13 58 $100 The improvements were valued at $900 to Joseph O Grant. Sold to John Rueger for $27.15 in back taxes.
