Sold by Andrew Goodyear and James Barry to Edward H. von Pfister for $500. Witnessed by Thomas P. Madden on 13th of September 1853 Notarized by Thomas P. Madden on 7th of October 1853 Filed with county recorder, Jos. R. Vaughn 17th of January 1854 at 11:00am in Book G Pages 584 and 585 of the Records of Solano County California Form is partially printed with important and specific details in cursive handwriting blue paper with black ink 14" x 17" folds to 3.5" x 8.5"
