Star drill, 4 points, most likely used to make holes in stone, concrete, and masonry. Drilling holes with this tool involves hitting it with a hand-held sledge, slightly rotating it, and then hitting it again. Do this enough times, and you will eventually create a hole.
Drill is 12' in length, 5/8 inches diamenter (octagonal). flaring out to 7/8 inch at star end. Back end is 1/2 inch round for a length of 1 inch.Collection
