An envelope and letter commemorating the launched of PG 96, the Benicia. Card (2011.007.0001a) tells history of the first vessel called Benicia, while commemorative envelope has picture and date. Post Office stamp is dated Dec. 20, 1969 to Tacoma, Washington. The envelope has some slight staining.
