This is a photo developing envelope used by Frank Stumm to get enlargements of some negatives. This envelope was found with a group of John Molfino negatives inside. It could be that Frank Stumm was considering using some of these negatives for post cards he wanted to publish. The envelope bears his stamp and a request for 7 5x7" enlargements at $.35 each.Collection
