A early silver plate crumb catcher set for cleaning tables after a meal. This one has both a pan for sweeping the crumbs into and a sweeper for removing the crumbs from the table.
It has a thistle pattern and there is a mark on the back for the Meridian Silver Plate Co. and the term Quadruple Plate. There is also a lion hallmark.
