B/w photograph (faded ot a sepia tone) of a festival/parade on First street circa 1900-1920. The people's bank is across the street on the corner of First and east 'G' Streets. Both horse drawn carriages and automobiles present. Drug store with banner advertising ice cream and milk shakes. Lawn in the corner is the Old State Capitol. Lenoir Miller Collection.
