This is a 2005 U.S. flag. It was used by the Benicia Veterans and flown at the Benicia Military Cemetery on Memorial Day (see attached article). It is 20 feet x 38 feet. This is an example of a Garrison flag. A garrison flag is a U.S. Army term for an extra-large national flag that is flown on Sundays, holidays, and special occasions.Collection
