This is a glass plate negative, 5x7". It was used by Frank J. Stumm in his postcard business. This image was probably taken by Mr. Stumm circa 1908 - 1912.
The image is of Vallejo from Wilson's Peak looking down Georgia Street. Based on the businesses shown in the image it was taken about 1910.
