This is a letter from C.E. Wetmore to Samuel Gray in Benicia dated 01/30/1856. The letter tells Mr. Gray of Wetmore's plans to rent his building. He may rent to Mr. Finchley or Mr. Stoughton or Col. Von Ness and when he does, Madame Gudeon will have to vacate.
