This is a letter from C.E. Wetmore in Vallejo to Samuel Gray in Benicia dated 09/14/1856. The letter asks Mr. Gray for his recollection regarding the terms that Mr. Finchley was allowed to rent a building from Mr. Wetmore. It seems that Mr. Wetmore wants to take the building down and Mr. Finchley says they have some other arrangement that Mr. Gray is also aware of being made.
