This is a letter from C.E. Wetmore in Vallejo to Samuel Gray in Benicia dated 09/17/1856. The letter asks Mr. Gray fto hand a note to Mr. Finchley asking him to vacate Mr. Wetmore's property. Mr. Wetmore wants to remove the building used as a dwelling and replace it with store. There has been some back and forth in previous letters about the terms of Mr. Finchley's rental agreement.Collection
