Description

This is a letter to Samuel C Gray from Dr. W.F. Peabody dated 06/10/1865. The letter talks of money owed to Mr. Gray. Dr. Peabody was a Doctor in Benicia in the 1850s. He served as the Mayor of Benicia for a number of years. By 1865 he had moved to Santa Cruz and started a practice with another physician. He passed away in 02/1890 and D.N. Hastings was one of his pallbearers.
