2024.10.1.190Description
This is a letter from Henry Wetmore to Samuel C Gray dated 01/12/1879. Henry is Samuel's brother-in-law. He is reporting to Samuel on his operation at the ore mill. They haven't had any rain and he has been using water purchased by another operation. If that should stop, then he won't be able to run the 200 tons of ore that he has on hand.
At the end of the letter he complains of his own Rheumatism this Winter and says he is sorry to hear that Samuel doesn't think that Lucy is getting any better.
