This is a letter dated 01/26/1879 from Mr. Edward Powers Gray to Mr. Samuel C. Gray regarding mainly financial matters. Edward tells of his loss of income from St. George's but he hopes he can find other sources of income. He then offers Samuel consolation for what seems to be his financial troubles and even says Samuel may keep the rent derived from Edward's house in Benicia.
