This is a letter dated 08/04/1891 from Mrs. Mary Gray Morton to her brother Mr. Samuel C. Gray regarding mainly family and travel matters. Mary is very pleased that Samuel and his wife are having such a good time in Brooklyn, NY. She and George have been in Atlantic City for a couple of weeks. She mentions her sadness at the death of her childhood friend, Charlotte Brooks. She also tells of receiving a letter from Maria Gray (1834 - 1919) (wife of brother Edward Gray (1822 - 1902)). Their family is spending a month at St. Thomas' Rectory.
