This is a letter dated 01/30/1892 from Mrs. Mary Gray Morton to her brother Mr. Samuel C. Gray regarding the death of their sister Emily Naomi Gray Pittman (1812 - 1892). Mary says she is not going to the funeral for several reasons including that William (1844 - 1915) and his wife Jennie will be there. (William is one of Emily's sons.) On the other hand, she feels sorry for Edward (1847 - 1931), her other son, being all alone in that big house.
She also mentions that Edward is in Clear Water, FL, population 400.
