This is a letter dated 04/29/1892 from Mrs. Mary Gray Morton to her brother Mr. Samuel C. Gray regarding mainly family matters. She does start the letter saying she has no "unemployed" fuds available to invest with Samuel. After that, she talks of the death of their old Rector, Mr. Stryker, and the new rector Joseph Fletcher. She mentions also that Mr. Stryker's brother, John T Stryker of N.Y. recently died. (This may be James V. Stryker not John; see newspaper clipping.)
