For an event that was held on September 15, 1974. The event was to honor three men for their work on the Hanlon House. The three are Senator Behr, Assemblyman John Dunlap, and N.S.G.W. representative George Metaxas. Found in the book was a draft letter written to Senator Behr regarding the preparations for the Victorian Tea. The back of the letter lists some of the names of those being invited.
