Post WWII Navy Jumper - Upper portion of a Navy Uniform - Hospital Corpsman, Petty officer Third Class dress blue uniform jumper. On left sleeve is rating insignia with an eagle and caduceus in white and the one red chevron indicates he is an E-4 or Petty Officer Third Class. The two "hash marks" on the lower part of the sleeve indicate eight years of service (four years each).
Navy Blue Wool; pocket on left breast.
