Scope and Content

This ledger lists land and improvement assessment for 1852 by block and lot (date ascertained on p.94 Block 90, lot 9); list of residents and occupations on p. 196; compiled by George Lewiston cover tan leather with dark brown embossing; "Ledger" on spine size: 8-1/2" W x 13" H x 2" D condition - poor; title page and first 4 pages are missing; others at beginning are loose; binding is pulled away; outside is worn and torn on the spine. note: Lots 10 and 14 in Block 91 are for education - Blakes School for Boys started there.
