1850 Tax Assessor's book for City of Benicia (per 1992 nventory sheet).The book has columns for each person's description of lands / value without improvement / value with improvements / lot number / block number / value of improvements / value of lot / value of personal property / remarks. Most people just show the value of their land. There are notes showing if it is a partial lot or if a dwelling has been constructed on the property. The book is organized by block and then lot number. It goes from Semple Slip thru block number 68.Collection
