Scope and Content

This is a ledger showing lots in Benicia starting with Semple's Slip and block 106 thru block 219. It shows a couple of lots for Littles point and Cooper's Point in the very back. Most lots are shown with no owner. This may mean that this is a very early ledger or it is incomplete. When compared to the owners shown in the ledger for 1859, some of the lots are shown as blank whereas they are owned in 1859. Some lots are shown as owned by T.O. Larkin "Estate". Larkin died 10/27/1858.
