According to the first page, property was seized when taxes were 21 days delinquent and put up for sale on 22nd day

condition - fairly good inside; outside the spine is torn with leather missing; inside the spine is loose from the pages but the pages remain stitched together
size: 12" H x 8-1/2" W x 2-1/4" D
