Scope and Content

This is a ledger showing lots and block numbers, value of real estate, personal property, and improvements by name of owner. There are no dates shown in the front of the ledger but there is a page in the middle titled "Term of the Delinquent Court" and dated Monday 09/27/1858. I assume this ledger was made at that time or earlier. It is a very early ledger since there are very few improvements shown, the somewhat low values, and the fact that Thomas Larkin's property takes up many pages.
