This is a ledger showing Benicia lots and taxes by owner. There is no date on the book and it looks like some pages were removed in the front of the book. It starts with block 1 lot 1 and goes to block 64 lot 13. There are very few owners shown and not all lots in each block. It just doesn't seem to be a complete ledger. Maybe names are only added after land owners pay the tax.Collection
