Ledger containing papers from Benicia Courts starting in 1913 to 1924. It contains detailed court proceedings on various complaints ranging from fishing without a license to murder. It lists the plaintiff, defendant, complainant, charges, where committed, and all court actions by date. The court proceedings are indexed in the front of the book.
Included loose in the book are several original criminal complaint forms or bond and warrants mostly from 1924. Included is one court paper showing court costs for the case of National Engraving vs. Benicia Construction Co. It is dated 01/21/1814 and signed by Charles M Prince Justice of the Peace.Collection
