Scope and Content

This is a letter from an Associate Law Agent of the California Land Commission to Charles P Stone at the Benicia Arsenal dated 10/30/1854. He is certifying that Rancho Suscol is the only case that covers the town of Benicia and the Arsenal Barracks concerning the disputed land claims. He does admit that a small portion of the Rancho Suisun may overlap a bit of the Rancho Suscol lands. The Land Commission agent is Louis Blanding.
