To: Benicia City Planning Commission Michael Fitzgerald, Chairman From: Benicia Property Owners Association Mike Walsh, President dated: October 5, 1946 main thought: the Association would have no objection to renaming State Military Highway to Crooks Blvd. as long as it didn't extend past East Second Street or include any portion of East "M" Street. 8-1/2" x 11"
