Letter -original, 8" x 10-1/2", dated November 27, 1942, from J.G. Sucher, Lt. Col. Ord. Dept., Finance Officer Benicia Arsenal to Richard Habeger while he was on temporary duty in Rochester, New York at Bausch & Lomb Co. It covers the fact that even though Mr. Habeger had been paid overtime rates for all hours worked over forty per week, the rate was denied by the War Department in Washington D.C. Therefore, the Arsenal would have to deduct $44.90 from his pay at a rate of $10.00 per week.Collection
