Letter from the secretary (Lois Willis) of the Benicia Planning Commission to the Benicia City Council regarding a 6 to 0 vote on July 15, 1946, to recommend that the City Council adopt the Standard Plumbing Code with the exception of Section 22 of said Code. The Commission also voted unanimously to recommend that the Council republish the Zoning Plan Map and the Zoning Ordinance No. 775 M.C. with amendments.
