Letter dated July 13, 1938 to Mr. Hall McAllister from Mrs. Violet Mohr. She is thanking him for his support of the doll raffle at St. Paul's Episcopal Church. He apparently had asked her to see if the clock in The Clock Tower was in good condition. She told him she drove out to the Arsenal and yes the clock was working. She also told him the Col. McAllister Memorial Plate was still located there. She also said she would write again after the raffle and tell him who won. She inumerated the repairs needed to the church and contents: the organ was ruined by a leaky roof which needed repair, and the foundation needed to be fixed. She would continue to do fundraising.
