Letter sent to Mrs. W. L. Crooks dated April 30, 1907 from The Emporium, Corner Post and Van Ness Ave. San Francisco California Mail Order Department Regarding the building of their new store one year after the earth quake, seven stories fronting Market Street. They were thanking her for her past patronage and hoped she would continue to purchase from them. It was signed (unreadable) by the Mgr. of the Mail Order Department at bottom: with hand pointing "To insure prompt attention kindly refer in your reply to NO. X4957 Mimeographed on an 8-1/2" x 11" sheet
