Scope and Content

This is an envelope from a letter dated 03/16/1909 the American Patent and Promoting Co. of Detroit, Mich. to Mr. Jos. S. Giubbini of Benicia California. Enclosed is a special agreement between the patent promoting company and Mr. Giubbini for promoting his patent number 915,428. The patent is for a Combined Retort & Shaker and Cooler". The envelope contains the agreement, a copy of the agreement, a promotional page for the Detroit company and a return envelope. Since all is still in the envelope it seems that Mr. Giubbini did not sign the agreement.
