-thence N.E. six hundred and ninety four feet to a stake in N street
- thence W 14 degrees N eleven hundred and eighty eight feet to a stake
- thence N 14 degrees E thirty three hundred and sixty feet to a stake
- thence E. 14 degrees S twenty nine hundred and sixty seven feet to low water mark on Suisun Bay
- thence with the diversities of the Bay to the place of beginning.
Any of these lands that are not being used in ten years shall revert to Semple, Larkin and Phelps.Collection
