This is a letter from Vincenta Sepulveda de Camillo to Dona Francisca Vallejo in Sonoma dated 03/22/1860. The letter is in Spanish so needs to be translated.
The salutation looks like it states the relationship between the writer and Dona Benicia but it is in Spanish. The words used are "Mi Guerida Hermana". The online translator shows "Hermana" to mean "sister". Checking online family trees they show that one of Dona Benicia Carrillo Vallejo's brothers (Jose Carrillo) married a Maria Sepulveda. More research and translation needs to be done on this letter.Collection
