Scope and Content

This letter is from the Commander Pacific Division regarding the question of Ordnance Storekeepers being under the Command of the Post Commander where they are stationed. It started when Ordnance Storekeeper Baldwin questioned Post Commander Talbott's authority over him. Pacific Command settles the questions when it writes: "In all matters relating to the discipline of the Post, you are subject to the authority of the Commander thereof ".
