This is a copy of an old lithograph of the Young Ladies' Seminary in Benicia. It shows men on horseback in front of the seminary along with a woman and child. The print is attributed to "Loomis" in San Francisco. (The entire name is cut off.) The reproduction is 13.5" x 10".
This copy is on foamcore. It is probably taken from one of the related records where this image was used to advertise Mills College. The heading and subscript were cut off those images and the title "Young Ladies' Seminary, Benicia" added. Then this was used in a Museum exhibit.Collection
