Two maps one of which is a photostatic copy and the other a copy of the first.
The document is from the Tomas O. Larkin Private Records from the Bancroft Libraray, University of California, Berkeley. This copied on March 17, 1950 and original document dates from 1847-1851.
The map is a depiction of the town of Benicia inclucing the 'U.S. Military Station' to the east and what is now the State Park to the west.
This is included in a collection of letters and documents for a forthcoming book published in 1950. Mr Wohlgemuth was contributing chapters to a four volume history of Free Masonry in California which was published in 1950. He was researching Dr. Robert Semple and events of that era. The volumes are available for reference in the Benicia Public Library.Collection
