Scope and Content

Survey map of the City of Benicia circa 1850 compiled by the City Engineer in 1942 and printed Compliments of Benicia Chamber of Commerce. Size - 13" x 22" This is included in a collection of letters and documents for a forthcoming book published in 1950. Mr Wohlgemuth was contributing chapters to a four volume history of Free Masonry in California which was published in 1950. He was researching Dr. Robert Semple and events of that era. The volumes are available for reference in the Benicia Public Library.
