Brown cloth covered rubber face mask with plastic eyepiece. Rubber "tail" at bottom center. Two round black metal filters are attached at sides. Stamped with "25" and "38 (SAFETY DEPARTMENT _____PLIANCE CO" "A" and "US" (with an anchor) in red on mask. Black rubberized straps hold mask to head.
