This is a write-up on the Benicia Barracks by Harry Wassmann in 10/03/2007. It talks about the disappearance of the Benicia Barracks plaque missing. This was the memorial placed there in 1982. He then recaps the history of the barracks from its start in 1849 by Lt. Colonel Silas Casey to its inactivation in 1908.
