Montgomery Ward & Co Catalogue - Spring and Summer 1933 with 416 pages.
The cover was painted from life by M. Leon Bracker, 'a leading American artist'.
This is one of two catalogues of the same issue. The inside has an attached insert extolling the virtues of 'Ward's best, most expensive shirts, SANFORIZED so they can't shrink'. These sold for 79 cents. One of these two catalogues has a 'actual sample of this famous cotton broadcloth'. The other catalogue's sample is missing. Plus another sample of cloth that sold for 12 1/2 cents a yard.
Montgomery Ward issued their first catalogue in August 1872, and continued until the catalogue division merged with another company in 1968. The first retail store opened in 1926.
